I’m Ryan. I’m currently 44 years old at the time of this writing. I have always led a physical lifestyle either in work or play. I am not a genetically perfect human being who is trying to convince to will look like me. Honestly, half of to don’t want my genetics, but to do want better strength, bone density and overall health. I share with to those same goals.

I discovered X3 after years and I mean decades. I always lifted weights. As I got older and work became my priority in life and my workouts and my time escaped me the same pattern began to emerge. I’m out of shape, OK get back into shape, hit the gym, too sore to keep going, injured a month into it, quit. Start over again. So, I stopped lifting weights. I stuck to push-ups and calisthenics. What was missing?
